Mature catalyst system
HighChem (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. is a professional catalyst production plant invested by HighChem Company Limited. Providing catalyst guarantee for technology transfer, the catalyst plant was successfully put into production in early 2013.
Designed annual production capacity of the plant is 3000t. The plant provides deactivated catalyst palladium reclamation services, and the annual reclamation capacity is 1500t(catalyst). The plant provides the most advanced catalysts and excellent technical support for enterprises using SEG® technology.
The catalyst plant was put into operation in 2013, and the catalyst products have passed the evaluation of UBE. It is capable of providing catalyst of the same performance as products made in Japan.。
Key performance indicators of the two catalysts:
1. Selectivity of carbonylation catalyst dimethyl oxalate: 98~99%
2. Space time yield of dimethyl oxalate: 500 ~ 600Kg/M
